RFC Browser provides a convenient way to browse and view Request For Comments (RFC) documents, leveraging a local searchable index of RFC titles with direct access via the Internet to full document content, including RFCs exclusively published in PDF format that can't be viewed in other text-only RFC applications. Version 3.0 includes the following improvements:
- iOS 4 Compatible
- Universal app natively supports iPad, iPhone / iPod Touch and iPhone 4 platforms
- Added support for favorite ("starred") RFCs
- Added Category-based navigation for quick navigation to Starred and Recently Viewed RFCs plus a few prepopulated subcategories of RFC documents
- Added high resolution graphics to support iPhone 4 Retina display
- Metadata now optionally displayed from full RFC document, providing quicker access to actual RFC content from main index
